If you want to transfer .CN domains from oversea CN registrars or their resellers to Chinese registrars, you are not allowed to do it in the normal way. The policy of CNNIC(CN domain registry) has a rule to stop this kind o transfer.

The only way to do it needs to follow the procedure below:

1) Domain registrant should submit an application of domain transfer to the new registrar.

2) After receiving the application, the new registrar need to send an application email to CNNIC including the domain name, old registrar name, new registrar name and the authorized code for the domain name.

3) CNNIC will transfer the domain name in 3 working days only the code is correct once receiving the email. If your domain name would not be transferred in 3 working days, please check the code with the old oversea registrar or resellers.
